Why can't I see availability for some nurseries?
Availability information requires nurseries to actively update their listings. We estimate availability where we can, but the most accurate info comes from claimed listings. If availability is unknown, we'll tell you.
What's the difference between Ofsted ratings and your insights?
Ofsted (and equivalent regulators) provide official inspection ratings. We take those reports and translate them into plain English — highlighting what parents actually care about, not just the official grades.
How do I know if a nursery has claimed their listing?
Claimed listings show a 'Verified' badge. These nurseries have confirmed their information is accurate and may have added extra details like photos and fee explanations.
